I'm sure it can be done.
And for a moment there I thought you meant "H. P. Lovecraft". Yes, geek.

Re: ABCs of Geekdom
What the hell was that ass beating at the end???? Reminds me of the time I played the beta of Redneck Rampage and I beat everyone to death with a crowbar. Good times. That old guy was not me, by the way.
Ico get the geeknod because it was one of the first to introduce stuff like dialog, bloom lighting and key frame animation. But Ico is really a huge "escort mission" and, hell, all those suck. Every character being escorted acts like they are possessed by some demon and if you don't have their ass leashed to you, they do interesting things like wander into the path of bullets or stand around waiting for the enemy to kidnap them. It just so happens that most of the characters being escorted are women, and the people escorting them are male, so you get the heavy sexism vibe.
Until you get more women working in game development who are intent on developing more interesting games that don't involve having to drag some helpless woman from Point A to B, then you'll get stuff like that--
And then again, I think you need to get a lot of gamers to grow the hell up and move beyond wanting to play that sort of stuff. I remember my friends who played GTA when it first appeared, and told me about the fun they had (a) picking up a hooker, (b) nailing her, (c) beating her up so they didn't have to pay here, and (d) making sure they parked the car close enough to the edge of a cliff so when she got out of the car she plunged to her dead. Yeah . . . nothing sexist there, just good ol' gamer fun.
Also, gamers should stop bitching about being hit on by gay men in Dragon Age II, 'cause all that does is cut into your time bitching on forums about why you should be able to rip any game for free from the Internet.

Cracked also had an article on mistakes that have changed video games, and the first one they wrote about was for Tomb Raider. Designer was adjusting something and accidentally put in 150%--
Guess who and what?

I find it hard to believe that Croft's boobs were an accident. Don't guys understand that a HUGELY breasted woman has trouble being athletic? They may look good, but try jogging a mile with those on your chest...

Re: ABCs of Geekdom
I understand if you're built like a porn actress you aren't going to be very athletic. But, the story is that the guy doing Croft's body was adjusting her wire frame bust and accidentally went 150% instead of 50%, some of his co-workers noticed it, joked about it . . . and video game history was made!!!!!!
And Rule 34 became a reality.
